Video: How to Whitelist Email Subjects

WP Enthusiast and WP Professional hosting accounts can use this tutorial if the Email Add On has been enabled.

Sean here, going over whitelisting a subject for email.

So once you logged into the ACC, click on E-Mail, then Manage Junk E-mail Filter Settings. Scroll all the way down here to Add, Remove or View Accepted Addresses and we can put in our accepted subjects.

In this case, I'm going to put in "password". Any email that has the word “password” in it will not be marked as junk and always get through. Put a little reason here.
