If you are unable to login to your Account Control Center (ACC) account, it could be due to one of these common problems. See the sections below to identify if one of the common problems matches your scenario.
Using the wrong password
If you suspect you may be using the wrong password, you can reset the account password. For more information about resetting your account’s password, see our article Resetting Your ACC Password.
The account is past due
If you have missed a payment on your account, your account may have been suspended. The further past due your account is, the more likely this is to happen. Once an account is suspended, you will not be able to log in.
If you suspect your account has been suspended, contact our billing team. If the account has recently been suspended, they may be able to recover your account. However, this is not guaranteed.
Using a username to log in to a reseller account
Reseller accounts can only be logged in to using the BAN (Billing Account Number). While resold accounts can be logged into with their username and password, the Reseller Control Center interface can only be accessed by using the BAN number in place of the username. For more information about logging in to your Reseller account, see our article, How to Log in to Resellers Accounts.
Your account was recently migrated from legacy
When you migrate from a legacy account to a current offering, you will need to select a new username and password. Once the migration is complete, your legacy account will be deleted and you will no longer be able to log in to the legacy account.
