Logging in to a reseller account is different than logging in to a regular Account Control Center (ACC) account. To reach the Reseller Account Control Center, where you can manage all the accounts linked to the reseller ID, you need to use the reseller Billing Account Number (BAN).
Can’t remember your BAN? Check your Pair Networks invoice emails. Your BAN should be included in the billing information.
Logging in to a Reseller Account
- Go to the ACC login page
- In the username field, enter the reseller account’s BAN
- Enter the password associated with the reseller account
- Click Log In
This will log you into your reseller account, where you can manage all of your reseller accounts.
