You can easily add or remove reseller accounts. First, you need to log in to the Reseller Account Control Center. For instructions on how this is done, see our How to Log in to Your Reseller Account article.

Adding an Account in the Reseller Interface

Follow these steps to add a new hosting account to be managed under your reseller interface.

  1. Log in to the Reseller Account Control Center
  2. In the left sidebar, click Manage Accounts
  3. In the drop-down, click Add a Hosting AccountAdd Hosting Account image
  4. Fill in the information and choose whether you want pairSIM enabled on the new account
  5. Click Continue Signing Up

This will submit a request for your new account to be added to your reseller interface.

Removing an Account in the Reseller Interface

Follow these steps to remove an existing hosting account from your reseller interface.

Note: You must remove all the domains from the account before deleting it

  1. Log in to the reseller account control center
  2. In the left sidebar, click Manage AccountsImage of manage hosting
  3. Click on the name of the account you want removed
  4. In the top navbar, click Close AccountImage of close account button

This will submit a request for the account to be removed.
