Need help with your hosting account? You can submit a support request from the Account Control Center (ACC).
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
- In the left sidebar, click Support
- In the drop-down, click Send a Support Request
- Enter the details of your support request, then click Submit New Support Request
|Choose the type of ticket that best matches your request.
|This is your hosting account's username. This is pre-populated and cannot be changed.
|Enter your name.
|Enter your email.
|Enter the subject of your support request.
|Enter more details about your support request. Our support team will use these details to help diagnose the problem and recommend a solution.
Once submitted, one of our support team members will review the ticket and reach out.
