Submit a Support Request via the ACC

Need help with your hosting account? You can submit a support request from the Account Control Center (ACC).

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type: 

  • Legacy Interface
  • New ACC Interface

Not sure what the difference is? See Which ACC Interface Am I Using? 

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

  1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
  2. In the left sidebar, click Support
  3. In the drop-down, click Send a Support Request
  4. Enter the details of your support request, then click Submit New Support Request
TypeChoose the type of ticket that best matches your request.
Account NameThis is your hosting account's username. This is pre-populated and cannot be changed.
Your NameEnter your name.
Your EmailEnter your email.
SubjectEnter the subject of your support request.
MessageEnter more details about your support request. Our support team will use these details to help diagnose the problem and recommend a solution.

Once submitted, one of our support team members will review the ticket and reach out.

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

  1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
  2. In the top right, click your username
  3. In the drop-down, click Help
  4. In the “Support Options” section, click Open a Support Request
  5. Enter the details of your support request
TypeChoose the type of ticket that best matches your request.

Your EmailEnter your email.
SubjectEnter the subject of your support request.
MessageEnter more details about your support request. Our support team will use these details to help diagnose the problem and recommend a solution.
  1. Click Submit New Support Request button

Once submitted, one of our support team members will review the ticket and reach out.
