Resetting the WordPress Admin Password in the ACC

The WordPress admin password can be reset through the Account Control Center as follows:

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type: 

• Legacy Interface
• New ACC Interface

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

1. Log into the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
2. Click WordPress in the left sidebar
3. In the drop-down, click List Sites
4. Click the nickname of the WordPress site that should have its password reset
5. Under the Site Settings tab, click the Reset Password button
6. Click Reset Password again to confirm

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

1. Log into the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
2. In the top navigation bar, click WordPress
3. Find your WordPress site and click its Site Settings icon
4. Click the Reset Admin Password button
5. Click Reset Password again to confirm

A new random password will be generated and assigned to your WordPress admin login. That new login will then be displayed on the screen.
