How to Update Your Payment Method

You can easily make changes to your payment method in the Account Control Center (ACC).

Update Your Credit Card

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type: 

• Legacy Interface
• New ACC Interface

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

If you wish to update your credit card information, see the following steps.

1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
2. Click Billing in the left sidebar
3. Click Update Credit Card in the drop-down
4. Input your credit card information and click Update Credit Card button

If successful, this credit card will be added as a credit card on file and will be shown in your Billing Summary. If you would like to request other payment methods, please contact our Billing team. 

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
2. In the top right corner, click your username
3. In the drop-down, click Billing
4. Click Update Credit Card
5. Fill in your credit card information
6. Click the Update Credit Card button

If successful, this credit card will be added as a credit card on file and will be shown in your Billing Summary. If you would like to request other payment methods, please contact our Billing team.
