If your billing contact information has changed, you can easily update your billing information in the Account Control Center (ACC).
How to Change Your Billing Contact Information
Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type:

If you are using the Legacy Interface:
- Log into the ACC
- Click Billing in the left sidebar
- Click Change Billing Contact Info in the drop-down
- Make the desired changes in the Edit Billing Contact Information form
- Click Submit contact changes
“Your contact information has been changed correctly” will appear at the top of the form if your changes have been successfully made. You will also receive an email outlining the changes.
If you are using the New ACC Interface:
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
- In the top right corner, click your username
- In the drop-down, click Billing
- Find the information type you want to change, then click its Edit button
- Make the desired changes in the form
- Click the Submit Contact Changes button
