Which accounts can use Pair Site Builder?
Pair Site Builder is available on select hosting plans, including Shared, VPS, and Dedicated. You can check your plan in the Account Control Center (ACC) or view the Pair Site Builder product page for more details.
What features are included with Pair Site Builder?
Pair Site Builder includes a drag-and-drop editor, unlimited pages, and tools for blogging and managing an online store. Some features, such as membership tools, are available on certain plans. For a full list of features and plan comparisons, see the Pair Site Builder product page.
Can I use my own domain with Pair Site Builder?
Yes. You can use your own domain with Pair Site Builder.
You can also install Pair Site Builder on a subdomain, including free *pairsite.com or a subdomain under your own domain.
If you have multiple domains (including different extensions like .com and .net), you can point them to the same installation.

Can I use Pair Site Builder to create an online store?
Yes. All plans include ecommerce tools, such as Stripe integration, inventory management, shipping and tax calculation, so you can create an online store. Higher tiers support a larger number of products.
Can I use Pair Site Builder to create a blog?
Yes, blogging functionality is built in. You can schedule posts, manage tags, assign multiple authors, enable comments, and more.
Where do I configure my Commerce Shop and Blog?
You can manage both your Commerce shop and Blog from the Site Admin Panel.
- From the Site Admin Panel, use the left sidebar to access and configure your shop and blog settings.
- If you’re currently inside the site editor, click Exit in the upper-left corner to return to the Site Admin Panel. Once there, you’ll find the Commerce and Blog options in the left sidebar.
This keeps content management separate from page design, so you can update products or posts without editing your site layout.

Can I have multiple users with permissions for blogging, form management, and other tasks on Pair Site Builder?
Yes. You can invite additional users and assign specific permissions, such as managing blog posts, handling forms, and more.
Can I migrate an existing website into Pair Site Builder?
Pair Site Builder supports direct migration for Weebly sites only. If you’re migrating from Weebly, please contact our staff for assistance. If your website was built on a different platform, you’ll need to create a new website and rebuild your content using the drag-and-drop editor.
Are there additional storage or traffic limits with Pair Site Builder?
No. Pair Site Builder does not add separate storage or traffic limits. Your site is subject to the limits, usage policies, and resource guidelines of your hosting plan as described in Pair’s hosting service policies. If usage becomes excessive or impacts server stability, our team may reach out to help address it.
How do I manage or edit my Pair Site Builder website?
You can access the Pair Site Builder editor through the Account Control Center (ACC) at any time to manage or edit your website. See Accessing the Pair Site Builder Editor.
Does Pair Site Builder support SSL?
Yes. Pair Site Builder supports SSL.
SSL certificates are managed through the ACC. You can use a free Let’s Encrypt certificate or pay for a premium Pair SSL certificate to secure your site. See Adding Let’s Encrypt to a Domain or Adding PairSSL to a Domain.
Can I remove or delete the Pair Site Builder website later?
Yes. You can remove Pair Site Builder from your domain at any time through the Account Control Center (ACC). See Canceling Pair Site Builder on a Domain.
Note: Removing your site will immediately take your current Pair Site Builder website offline and remove its web content. Your domain will revert to loading the contents of its mapped site directory based on your existing domain configuration.
