You can view your hosting package details in the Account Control Center (ACC).
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
- In the top-right corner, click your username
- From the drop-down menu, select:
- Your Hosting Package Details (if you are using the Legacy ACC interface)
- Account Settings (if you are using the New ACC interface)
Your hosting package information will be displayed on that page, including:
Your Hosting Package Details
| Account Username | The username used for your Pair hosting account. |
| Billing Account Number | The unique billing identifier for your Pair hosting account. Sometimes referred to as “BAN.” |
| Account Type | The hosting plan assigned to your account. |
| Modify Account | Click Change Account Type to upgrade or downgrade your account. |
| Cancellation | Click Cancel Account to submit a hosting account cancellation request. |
Account Limits
| Disk Usage Limit | The maximum amount of storage space allocated to your account. |
| Bandwidth Usage Limit | The maximum amount of data transfer allowed per billing cycle. |
| Mailbox Limit | The maximum number of email mailboxes allowed on your account. |
| Database Limit | The maximum number of databases allowed on your account. |
| FTP Login Limit | The maximum number of FTP user accounts allowed on your account. |
Server Details
| Web Server Operating System | The operating system running on your hosting server. |
| SSL Enabled Web Server | Indicates whether your account supports secure HTTPS connections. |
| SFTP Server | The server address used for secure file transfers. |
| Email Server | The server used to send and receive email for your hosting account. |
