Your email server name identifies the server used to send and receive email for your hosting account. You may need it when configuring an email client or troubleshooting email settings.

If you are using the Legacy Interface:
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
- In the top-right corner, click your username
- Select Your Hosting Package Details
- Locate the E-Mail Server field
Your server name is listed next to E-Mail Server.
If you are using the New ACC Interface:
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
- In the top navigation bar, click Dashboard
- In the “Account Summary” section, locate Email Server
