You can view your website’s error logs in the Account Control Center (ACC). Error logs can provide useful information about how your website is functioning.
Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type:

If you are using the Legacy Interface:
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
- In the left sidebar, click Site Statistics
- In the drop-down, click Error Logs
Your error logs will be displayed on the page.
If you are using the New ACC Interface:
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
- In the top navigation bar, click Hosting
- Across from the Site Statistics, click Usage Logs
- Click View Error Logs
Your error logs will be displayed on the page.
Note: To protect the privacy of all our customers, we do not display the full contents of our web servers’ error logs. The ACC identifies entries that apply to your account by looking for references to files in your Home (/usr/home/USERNAME) or Web (/usr/www/users/USERNAME) directories. Only entries we have determined belong to your account are displayed.
