SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates tell your visitors and potential customers that your site is trustworthy. They secure the connection between your website and browser so that data is protected in transit. You can enable SSL on your site by ordering an SSL certificate service through Pair Networks.

SSL certificates are provided as a one-year service. As part of this service, certificates are automatically reissued and installed as needed throughout the year to ensure continuous validity. No action is required on your part after ordering.

As certificate lifespans get shorter across the industry, renewals happen more often and are handled automatically as part of our service

How to Order an SSL Certificate in the ACC

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type:

Not sure what the difference is? See Which ACC Interface Am I Using?

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

  1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC)
  2. Click Security in the left sidebar
  3. Click Add SSL Certificate in the drop-down
  4. You will see several SSL certificate options. Find one that best fits your needs and click the Order Now in its box

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

  1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Domains
  3. Click the SSL Certificates button
  4. Find the domain you want to add SSL to and click its Order PairSSL button

You will be taken to a form you must complete to order the SSL certificate service. When you have finished, click Submit. This information will be sent to our Pair SSL team, who will provision and install your SSL certificate. During the service period, we automatically manage your certificates by reissuing and installing them as needed to remain valid. Depending on the type of certificate ordered, additional validation steps may be required. The Pair SSL team will guide you through this process.
