If you no longer need Pair Site Builder, you can cancel it in the Account Control Center (ACC).
Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type:

If you are using the Legacy Interface:
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
- In the left sidebar, click Domains
- In the dropdown, click Manage Your Domain Names
- Find the domain you want to remove Pair Site Builder from and click its name
- Next to “Pair Site Builder,” click Manage Site Builder
- Click Cancel Site Builder
- Click Confirm Cancellation
Disabling your site will immediately take your current Pair Site Builder website offline and remove its web content.
Your domain will revert to loading the contents of its mapped site directory based on your existing domain configuration. Allow 10-15 minutes for DNS changes to update.
Note: If your DNS is not hosted at Pair Networks, you will need to remove any records that point to the Pair Site Builder.
If you are using the New ACC Interface:
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
- In the top navigation bar, click Domains
- Find the domain you want to remove Pair Site Builder from and click Edit
- Next to “Pair Site Builder,” click Manage
- Click Cancel Site Builder
- Click Confirm Cancellation
Disabling your site will immediately take your current Pair Site Builder website offline and remove its web content.
