Here is an overview of maximum file upload size based on application or destination.
ACC Upload Limits
Files cannot be larger than 30 MB.

SFTP Upload Limits
There is no limit by default. File size is only limited by source and destination filesystems. However, if you install the 32-bit version of the application, the file size limit is 2GB.
scp Upload Limits
scp also has no limits by default. However, make sure the destination filesystems will support your intended file size.
Server Upload Limits
There is no upload limit imposed by the server.
