If you are using the Legacy Interface:

  1. Log into the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
  2. In the left sidebar, click Dedicated
  3. In the drop-down, click Restart Apache
  4. On the next page, click the Restart Apache button

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

  1. Log into the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Hosting
  3. Click the Dedicated tab
  4. Click the Server Management drop-down and select Reboot Server
  5. On the next page, click the Reboot Server button

This will take your server offline (including any websites or services on that server) for a few minutes while Apache restarts.

If you need help restarting Apache or do not see the option in your ACC, contact our Support Team. They will be glad to assist you.
