Email services are not included in WP Professional or WP Enthusiast accounts. However, for these accounts, you can add and disable managed WordPress hosting email services as an add-on by following the instructions below.

Adding Email Service

You can enable email services for the account through the Account Control
Center. That can be done using the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC)
  2. Select Add Ons
  3. Select Enable E-Mail Hosting
  4. Choose the desired email plan level
  5. Click Enable E-Mail Hosting

The Email Management interface menu will then appear on screen and email
services will become active for the account.

Disabling Email Service

If you no longer want to use email services with the account, those can be
disabled through the Account Control Center using the following steps:

  1. Log into the Account Control Center (ACC)
  2. Select Add Ons
  3. Select Disable E-Mail Hosting
  4. Click Disable E-Mail Hosting to confirm

Any mail left in the mailboxes will be deleted. Please be sure to download any mail that you want to keep prior to disabling email hosting. Otherwise, that mail will be permanently lost and will not be recoverable.
