Adding and Disabling Email Service for Managed WordPress Hosting

Email services are not included in WP Professional or WP Enthusiast accounts. However, for these accounts, you can add and disable managed WordPress hosting email services as an add-on by following the instructions below.

Adding Email Service

You can enable email services for the account through the Account Control
Center.

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type: 

• Legacy Interface
• New ACC Interface

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC)
2. Select Add Ons
3. Select Enable E-Mail Hosting
4. Choose the desired email plan level
5. Click Enable E-Mail Hosting

The Email Management interface menu will then appear on screen and email
services will become active for the account.

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
2. In the top navigation bar, click Email
3. Click the Upgrade/Downgrade Email Plan button
4. Find the Pair Mailbox plan you would like to add to your accounts
5. Click its Select button
6. Click the Confirm Purchase button

Disabling Email Service

If you no longer want to use email services with the account, those can be
disabled through the Account Control Center.

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type: 

• Legacy Interface
• New ACC Interface

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

1. Log into the Account Control Center (ACC)
2. Select Add Ons
3. Select Disable E-Mail Hosting
4. Click Disable E-Mail Hosting to confirm

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
2. In the top navigation bar, click Email
3. Click the Upgrade/Downgrade Email Plan button
4. Click the Cancel Email Services button at the bottom of the page
5. Click the Cancel Now button
6. Click the Cancel Now button
