Resetting Your Password

If you have completely forgotten your password, you can request a password reset from Pair Networks Support. Note that Support cannot look up your password, they can only reset it.

You can email support@pair.com to request a password reset.

Please do not email the Support team from an account that you will not be able to access following a password reset.
