Intrusion Defense packages are available on:
- Shared
- VPS
- Dedicated
- WP Enthusiast and WP Professional
- Podcast Websites
Unfortunately, our malware packages are not available on:
- Weebly Hosting
- Legacy accounts**

How are Intrusion Defense packages billed?
Intrusion Defense packages are billed yearly. For exact pricing, contact our sales team or check in the Security > Intrusion Defense page in the Account Control Center (ACC).
How do I request an Intrusion Defense package on my hosting account?
You can request an Intrusion Defense package on your hosting account directly in the Account Control Center (ACC).
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC)
- In the left sidebar, click Security
- In the drop-down, select Enable Intrusion Defense(or Intrusion Defense, if you already have the free option enabled)
- On the next page, toggle on the Intrusion Defense option
- Click the Enable Intrusion Defense option
How do I request WordPress hardening?
Tightening your WordPress security, also known as "WordPress hardening," is something we offer as part of our Intrusion Defense option. If you're interested in WordPress hardening, you can request it through the Account Control Center (ACC).
- Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC)
- Click on the Security tab
- Click on Intrusion Defense in the drop-down
Note: You must first have malware scanning enabled to complete the next steps. See the above section for specific steps. - Under the White-Glove WordPress Security section, explain your WordPress security needs in the text box
- Then click Submit Request
This will send the request to our security team.
Can resellers also request Intrusion Defense packages?
Yes! Intrusion Defense packages are available for resellers.
However, to enable an Intrusion Defense package, the reseller must first access the resold account through the Reseller Control Center (RCC).
Malware packages are hidden by default on resold accounts, unless accessed via the RCC.
