Changing or Canceling Your Pair Malware Security Plan

You can change your Pair Malware Security plan through the Account Control Center (ACC). 

Changing Your Pair Malware Security Plan

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type:

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

  1. Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
  2. In the left sidebar, click Security
  3. Click Malware Security in the drop-down
  4. Click Upgrade or Downgrade
  5. Select your desired Pair Malware Security plan
  6. Click Add Now (or Contact Us for Pair Complete Security)
  7. For Dark Web Monitoring, choose one domain from the drop-down
    Note: Dark Web Monitoring will only apply to the chosen domain. 
  8. Click Add Now

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

  1. Log into the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
  2. Click Security
  3. Click Upgrade or Downgrade
  4. Select your desired Pair Malware Security plan
  5. Click Add Now (or Contact Us for Pair Complete Security)
  6. For Dark Web Monitoring, choose one domain from the drop-down
    Note: Dark Web Monitoring will only apply to the chosen domain. 
  7. Click Add Now

Canceling Your Pair Malware Security Plan

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

  1. Log into the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
  2. In the left sidebar, click Security
  3. Click Malware Security in the drop-down
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Security Subscription
  5. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

  1. Log into the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
  2. Click Security
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Security Subscription
  4. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm
