The Basics - Existing Domain Information
To update your domain name information to point to your pair Networks account, you will need to
modify it at your current domain name registrar. If you do not remember whom you chose as your domain name
registrar, you can do a Whois
search to determine whom your registrar is.
Once you know which registrar to contact for each of your domain names, go
to their Web site to update your name servers to the ones given in your
Welcome Message. If you have additional questions about how to update your
name servers, please contact your registrar.
Your registrar can update the name servers within a few hours. However, some Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
can take several days to pick up the updates. We recommend waiting to cancel your services at a former provider
until name server updates have been completed. This reduces the risk of down-time associated with your Web site or
e-mail.
