Where Do I Change DNS Settings?

You can change DNS (Domain Name Services) settings in the Account Control Center (ACC).

Where Do I Change DNS Settings in the ACC?

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type:

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

  1. Log into the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
  2. Click Domains in the left sidebar
  3. Click Manage Your Domain Names in the drop-down 
  4. In the “Domain Names” column, click the domain name whose settings you want to edit
  5. Click the Manage Custom DNS Records button

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

  1. Log into the Account Control Center (ACC) at my.pair.com
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Domains
  3. Find the name of the domain that you would like to change and click its Edit button
  4. In the “DNS” section, click the Edit button
  5. Click the Manage DNS Records button

This is where you can edit the settings for your selected DNS.

To create a new DNS record: 

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type:

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

  1. Click the Add DNS Record button
  2. Select your desired DNS record from the drop-down
  3. Click the Proceed button
  4. Fill out the information for your new record
  5. Click the Create button

New DNS records will appear in the table on the “Custom DNS Entries” page.

If you are using the New ACC Interface

  1. On the “Custom DNS Entries” page, click the Add New DNS Entry button
  2. Select your desired DNS record from the drop-down
  3. Click the Proceed button
  4. Fill out the information for your new record
  5. Click the Create a Record button

New DNS records will appear in the table on the “Custom DNS Entries” page.

To delete an existing DNS record:

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type:

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

  1. Find the DNS Record you want to delete in the table on the “Custom DNS Entries” page
  2. Toggle on the option in the ”Delete” column
  3. Click the Delete Selected Records button

If you are using the New ACC Interface

  1. On the “Custom DNS Entries” page, find the DNS record you want to delete
  2. Toggle on the toggle option for the DNS record
  3. Click the Delete selected button
