Pair Platinum Mail’s email service is not included with Shared Hosting, but you can add it as an optional add-on.
Adding Pair Platinum Mail to Your Account
You can enable Pair Platinum Mail’s email services for your account in the Account Control Center:
- Log in to the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
- In the top navigation bar, click Email
- Click the Email Settings tab
- Next to Change Email Plan, click the Upgrade/Downgrade button
- Find your desired email service plan and click the Select button
- Click the Confirm Purchase button
Once enabled, Pair Platinum Mail’s email service will become available on your account.
Upgrade or Downgrade Your Pair Platinum Mail Plan
Need to make changes to your Pair Platinum Mail plan? You can change your plan at any time in the Account Control Center (ACC):
- Log in to the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
- In the top navigation bar, click Email
- Click the Email Settings tab
- Next to Change Email Plan, click the Upgrade/Downgrade button
- Find your desired email service plan and click the Select button
- Click the Confirm Purchase button
Once submitted, the plan change will take effect immediately.
Cancelling Pair Platinum Mail on Your Account
If you no longer wish to use Pair Platinum Mail with your account, you can disable the service through the Account Control Center:
- Log in to the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
- In the top navigation bar, click Email
- Click the Email Settings button
- Next to Change Email Plan, click the Upgrade/Downgrade button
- Click the Cancel Email Services button
- Click the Cancel Now button
- Click the Cancel Now button to confirm cancellation
