Pair Platinum Mail for WP Enthusiast Accounts

Pair Platinum Mail’s email service is not included with WP Enthusiast account, but you can add it as an optional add-on. 

Adding Pair Platinum Mail to Your WP Enthusiast Account

You can enable Pair Platinum Mail’s email services for your WP Enthusiast account in the Account Control Center:

Choose the tutorial that reflects your ACC interface type: 

• Legacy Interface
• New ACC Interface

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

1. Log in to the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
2. In the sidebar, click Email
3. In the dropdown, click Email Settings
4. Click Upgrade/Downgrade
5. Find your desired email service plan and click the Select button
6. Click the Confirm Purchase button

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

7. Log in to the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
8. In the top navigation bar, click Email
9. Click Upgrade/Downgrade
10. Find your desired email service plan and click the Select button
11. Click the Confirm Purchase button

Once enabled, Pair Platinum Mail’s email service will become available on your account. 

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Pair Platinum Mail on Your WP Enthusiast Account

Need to make changes to your Pair Platinum Mail plan on your WP Enthusiast account? You can change your plan at any time in the Account Control Center (ACC):

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

1. Log in to the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
2. In the sidebar, click Email
3. In the dropdown, click Email Settings
4. Click Upgrade/Downgrade
5. Find your desired email service plan and click the Select button
6. Click the Confirm Purchase button

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

1. Log in to the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
2. In the top navigation bar, click Email
3. Click the Upgrade/Downgrade button
4. Find your desired email service plan and click the Select button
5. Click the Confirm Purchase button

Once submitted, the plan change will take effect immediately. 

If you upgrade or downgrade your email service plan, the cost adjustment is automatically prorated on a per-day basis. This means you'll only be charged or credited for the days remaining in your billing cycle. 

Canceling Pair Platinum Mail on Your WP Enthusiast Accountunt

If you no longer wish to use Pair Platinum Mail with your account, you can disable the service through the Account Control Center:

If you are using the Legacy Interface:

1. Log in to the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
2. In the sidebar, click Email
3. In the dropdown, click Email Settings
4. Click Upgrade/Downgrade
5. Click the Cancel Email Services button
6. Click the Cancel Now button
7. Click the Cancel Now button to confirm cancellation

If you are using the New ACC Interface:

1. Log in to the Account Control Center at my.pair.com
2. In the top navigation bar, click Email
3. Click the Upgrade/Downgrade button
4. Click the Cancel Email Services button
5. Click the Cancel Now button
6. Click the Cancel Now button to confirm cancellation

Any mail left in the mailboxes will be deleted. Please be sure to download any mail that you want to keep prior to disabling Pair Platinum Mail. Otherwise, that mail will be permanently lost and will not be recoverable.
