What Can Pro Services Do For Me?

Pair Pro Services offer professional WordPress web design, rebuilding, setup, and ongoing website maintenance. This article explains the available services, how to choose a service, and what to expect.

What are Pair Pro Services?

Pair Pro Services can help you create, rebuild, or maintain a WordPress website. Depending on your website and your goals, you can choose from the following services:

CareOngoing WordPress maintenance, monitoring, backups, and website support.
Custom Web DesignCreating a custom WordPress website designed around your brand, content, and website requirements.
QuicksiteCreating a WordPress website quickly using professionally designed templates customized with your branding and content.
RebuildRebuilding an existing website as a modern WordPress site built for today’s users and search engines.

Visit the individual product pages for current packages, included features, pricing, and estimated project timelines.

Which Pair Pro Service is right for me?

The right service depends on whether you need a new website, want to rebuild an existing website, or need help maintaining a WordPress site.

If you already have a WordPress website and want ongoing maintenance…Choose Care.

Care plans include services such as WordPress updates, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, backups, and other maintenance features. Some plans also include website edits, security hardening, and additional support.
If you need a new WordPress website with a custom design…Choose Custom Web Design

This service is intended for websites that need a design tailored to your brand and requirements rather than a pre-designed template. Custom Web Design packages can include responsive design, blog and contact form setup, SEO-related setup, analytics, and a training session/project handoff when finished.
If you need a new WordPress website and want a faster, template-based option…Choose Quicksite

Quicksite starts with a pre-designed WordPress template that is customized with your branding, including elements such as your logo, colors, fonts, and content. It is generally a better fit when a fully custom design is not required.
If you already have a website that needs to be recreated in WordPress…Choose Rebuild

Rebuild is intended for existing websites that need a more modern WordPress implementation, while retaining the existing site’s content and overall design where possible. Rebuild packages can also include WordPress blog migration and WooCommerce product migration where applicable.

What if my website is not built with WordPress?

All Pair Pro Services are WordPress-based. If your website uses another platform, you will need to choose Quicksite or Custom Web Design to create a new WordPress website, or Rebuild to recreate your existing website in WordPress.

Care is only available for websites already built with WordPress.

How do I request a quote?

Go to the Pair Pro Services pages for the service you are interested in and select the option to get started or choose a package:

Provide as much information as possible about your site and what you need. For an existing website, include the website URL so that the Pair Pro Services team can review the site.

Providing complete information helps the team understand the scope of the work and prepare an accurate quote.

Does submitting a request purchase the service?

No. Submitting a request asks the Pair Pro Services team for a quote. It does not purchase the service or commit you to a project.

The team will review your website and project requirements, then provide a quote and project details. You can review everything before deciding whether to move forward.

Why do I need a quote if the package prices are listed?

The prices on the Pair Pro Services pages describe the standard packages and what is normally included with each service. Your final project requirements may differ from the standard package.

For example, the scope of the project can be affected by:

  • The number of pages on your website
  • The size and complexity of the existing site
  • Additional pages or functionality
  • Content or data that needs to be migrated
  • Ecommerce or WooCommerce requirements
  • Other work that falls outside the selected package

Reviewing your request before purchase helps confirm which package fits your project and whether additional work is required.

The quote provides the price for the work based on the scope reviewed by the Pair Pro Services team.

What happens after I submit my request?

After you submit your request, the Pair Pro Services team will review the information you provided and evaluate the scope of the project.

If additional information is needed, the team may contact you before preparing the quote.

Once the review is complete, you will receive the quote and applicable project details. You can review the information and decide whether you would like to move forward with the service.

Submitting the initial request does not require you to proceed with the project.

How long will my Custom Web Design/Quicksite/Rebuild take?

Project timelines depend on the service, package, and project requirements. Quicksite and Custom Web Design provide package-specific estimates on their service pages. Rebuild timelines are determined after the existing website and project requirements are reviewed.

Can Pair Pro Services maintain my website after it is launched?

Yes. The Pair Pro Services Care plans provide ongoing WordPress maintenance, monitoring, backups, updates, and support.

Can Pair Pro Services help with other website needs?

Yes. Pair Pro Services can help with a range of WordPress, SEO, content, and website performance needs. Services can include caching and CDN setup, image and code optimization, on-page SEO, redirects, schema markup, and other website improvements.
