You can duplicate blocks quickly in the Gutenberg Editor. This will copy the blocks exactly as they are, recreating the content as well as the block. However, this is only within the same post or page.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tMake sure you are using the <\/span>Gutenberg editor<\/span><\/a>. If you upgraded to <\/span>WordPress 5<\/span><\/a>, then your post and page editor will default to use the Gutenberg editor. If you are still using WordPress 4 (or earlier) or have the <\/span>Classic Editor<\/span><\/a> installed, then your editor will not work with this tutorial.<\/span> \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

How to Duplicate Blocks<\/h3>\n

Follow these instructions to duplicate a block in the Gutenberg Editor:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Open a post editor<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the block you want to duplicate<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. At the right end of the block\u2019s tool bar, click the three dots\"three<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click <\/span>Duplicate\"duplicate<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
