You can increase the allowed max upload size by using a PHP directive. By using this directive, you can change the max upload size on one or more directories. <\/span><\/p>\n

To edit the PHP max upload size, you need to first have a custom .<\/span>user.ini <\/span>file. For more information about these files, see this article about .user.ini<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to Increase PHP Max Upload Size<\/h3>\n

Once you have chosen whether you are using a .<\/span>user.ini<\/span> file, you can continue to the steps below:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to <\/span>Account Control Center (ACC)<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to your<\/span> .<\/span>user.ini<\/span> file<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Enter the max upload size directive into the file like this: <\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n
    upload_max_filesize = <\/span>integer<\/span><\/pre>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Replace <\/span>integer<\/span> with the new max file size. The integer defaults to using bytes, unless another accepted type of measurement is indicated.<\/span><\/p>\n
    Accepted Measurements:<\/b><\/h5>\n
      \n
    • Kilobyte: K<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Megabyte: M<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Gigabyte: G<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      If you use a measurement that differs from default, your max file size directive will look something like these: <\/span><\/p>\n
      upload_max_filesize = 100K<\/span><\/pre>\n
      100 kilobytes is now the max upload size.<\/span><\/p>\n
      upload_max_filesize = 50M<\/span><\/pre>\n
      50 megabytes is now the max upload size.<\/span><\/p>\n
      upload_max_filesize = 25G<\/span><\/pre>\n
      25 gigabytes is now the max upload size.<\/span><\/p>\n
