You can send your Dreamweaver site files straight to your hosting account from the Dreamweaver interface. Using Dreamweaver to transfer files cuts out the extra step of using an FTP interface or SSH. <\/span><\/p>\n

Using Dreamweaver with Your Hosting Account<\/h3>\n

  1. In your Dreamweaver client, open your site files<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. In the Dreamweaver navigation bar, click <\/span>Site\"site<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n
  3. In the drop-down, click <\/span>New Site\"new<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Next to <\/span>Site Name<\/b>, enter the name of the site and, below, select the file path where the local file should be saved\"name<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. In the left side of the window, click <\/span>Servers\"server<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n
  6. Click the <\/span>+<\/strong> button to add your hosting account\"plus<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Fill in the server information

    Select the protocol used when transferring the data. We recommend using SFTP, since it is secure.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t \t\t
