See<a href=\"http:\/\/pair.com\/support\/kb\/which-acc-interface-am-i-using\/\"> Which ACC Interface Am I Using?&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you are using the Legacy Interface:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log into the Account Control Center (ACC) at <a href=\"https:\/\/pairnet.zendesk.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/my.pair.com\">my.pair.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Databases<\/strong> in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the drop-down, click <strong>Manage Your Databases<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The server name for each database is listed under \u201cServer\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you are using the New ACC Interface:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log into the Account Control Center (ACC) at <a href=\"https:\/\/pairnet.zendesk.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/my.pair.com\">my.pair.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the top navigation bar, click <strong>Databases<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The server name for each database is listed in the \u201cServer\u201d column<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that you\u2019ve found the server name, you can use it to connect from outside sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are connecting from a non-Pair Networks\u2019 server, be sure that the <strong>Access<\/strong> of your databases is set to <strong>Local\/Remote.<\/strong>&nbsp;Otherwise, external connections will be denied.
