See<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pair.com\/support\/kb\/which-acc-interface-am-i-using\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Which ACC Interface Am I Using?\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>If you are using the Legacy Interface:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at <a href=\"https:\/\/my.pair.com\/\">my.pair.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the top of the screen, click on the drop-down menu with your username<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Change Account Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>If you are using the New ACC Interface:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the Account Control Center (ACC) at <a href=\"https:\/\/my.pair.com\/\">my.pair.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the top of the screen, click your username<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the drop-down, click <strong>Account Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Change Password<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the fields:<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Current Password<\/strong><\/td><td>Enter your current account password.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>New Password<\/strong><\/td><td>Enter your new account password.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Confirm New Password<\/strong><\/td><td>Re-enter your new account password.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Click the <strong>Set Password<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resetting Your Password (If You Cannot Log In)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it chrome the login page.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"http:\/\/my.pair.com\">my.pair.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Need Help Logging In?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your username in the field provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Reset My Password<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check your account\u2019s primary email address for the reset message.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you no longer have access to your account\u2019s primary email address,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pair.com\/contact\/#contact\"> contact Pair Networks support<\/a> for assistance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Password Restrictions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following restrictions apply to passwords set using the ACC:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Passwords must be at least 8 characters long<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special characters, numerals, and letters are allowed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passwords will be checked against a list of unsafe passwords (see below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will reject passwords that match any entry on a list of unsafe passwords.
