Learn how to transfer a domain name in the ACC.

In this video, we’re going to go over how to transfer a domain to pair Domains while in the Account Control Center. Note that you need a pair Networks hosting account to do this and be sure to check the Transferring to Us pair Domains article for things you should do prior to transferring.

After you read the Transferring to Us article and made sure you have everything you need to successfully transfer your domain, continue with these steps.

First, you want to log in to the Account Control Center. Then, in the left sidebar, click Domains. A drop-down will appear and in it, click Transfer a Domain to pair Domains. On the next page, enter the domain name in the text field next to Enter Domain Name and then click Proceed.

Review the information on the next page to make sure it is correct. Select whether you already have a pair Domains account. If you select No, I am not currently a pair Domains customer, it will take you through the steps of setting up a pair Domains account before continuing with the setup process. If you select Yes, I am a pair Domains customer, like I am going to, it will skip the setup account steps and continue with the transfer process.

On the next page, it will ask you to log in to your pair Domains account. Once you have logged in (or created your account), click Submit Transfer.

And that’s it. If you have any questions, check out our knowledgebase or contact our support team at support@pair.com.
