Enabling Live Snapshots

This video will show you how to set up and manage your pairCloud live snapshots. The first step is to log into your Account Control Center. Once logged in, click Manage pairCloud Servers from the pairCloud menu. Click the name of the server you would like to enable Live Snapshots on. You will be taken to the Manage Server interface for the selected server. Click on the Enable Live Snapshots button. This will turn the live snapshots on.

Create a Snapshot

To create a live snapshot, return to the Manage Server interface and click Manage Live Snapshots . In the Manage Live Snapshots interface, enter a name for your snapshot. You can optionally enter a description here. Select Create Snapshot to create a backup snapshot.

Viewing Snapshots

To view the snapshots you have created for the server, go back to Manage Live Snapshots. Any previously taken snapshots will be displayed here. You can click them to manage them separately or view their details.

Deleting a Snapshot

In the Manage Live Snapshots interface, you can delete snapshots you’ve taken by clicking the name of the snapshot you would like to delete and then clicking the Delete Snapshot button.

Launching a New Server from a Snapshot

From the Manage Live Snapshots interface, click the name of the snapshot you would like to use to launch a new server. Then, click Launch Clone. This will take the snapshot and launch a new server based on that snapshot.
