Learn how to enable an email service on your WP Hosting account.


This video will walk you through enabling an email service in the Account Control Center for your WP Hosting account.

Adding Email Service

To enable an email account, log in to the Account Control Center. In the left sidebar, find Add Ons and click it. A drop-down will appear. In this drop-down, click Enable E-Mail Hosting. This will take you to a page where you can select the type of email hosting plan you prefer. Once you have marked your preferred plan, click Enable E-Mail Hosting. The Email Management interface menu will then appear on the screen and the email services will become active for the account.

Disabling Email Service

If you don’t want to have an email service on your WP Hosting account anymore, click Add Ons in the left sidebar, then click Disable E-Mail Hosting. It will ask you to confirm your choice. Do this by click Disable E-Mail Hosting. Keep in mind, when you disable your email service, all mailboxes and any mail in them will be deleted.
