How to Change Your Pair Networks Username

If you need to change your Pair Networks’ account username, you can do so by creating a new account and then moving your sites over to the new account.

Step 1: Create a New Account

You need to create a new Pair Networks account in order to create a new username. Usernames are tied to the hosting account, so in order to get a new one, you will need a new account.

You can create a new account by going to the Pair Networks website and setting up a new account. If you have billing questions about moving from one account to another, please contact our Billing Department. After setting up a new account, proceed to the second step.

Step 2: Moving Sites to New Account

The second step is to move your sites from the old account to your new one. Contact our support team and ask to have the domains and their content transferred to the new account. They will move them for you.

Step 3: Delete the Old Account

Once the move is complete, you can delete your old account. To do this, contact our Cancellation Department and ask them to cancel the old account.
