When visiting my site, I get errors like "invalid DNS".
You first need to make sure that your domain name is in fact pointed to pair Networks' nameservers, especially if the domain name has only recently been added to your account. You may do this by checking whois.
If your domain name has not yet been modified to point to our service, you may access your site using its IP address until the modifications have been completed.
You may also be experiencing problems with your dialup provider's DNS, or problems reaching our network. in general.
When I go to my site, I see old versions of the pages.
To make sure you're getting accurate results, please clear the cache in your browser and restart the program. With most browsers, you can hold the Shift key while hitting the Reload button in order to avoid cached results.

I registered a new domain name, but it doesn't work.
