Standby denotes a circuit that is available but not currently in use.
Pending denotes a circuit that is not yet available.
Maintenance indicates that a circuit or device is being worked on and may experience interruptions of service.
Minor and Major Problems indicate varying degrees of disruption of service.
Out of Service indicates a complete outage of a circuit or device.
