Billing - How to Read Invoices

Each new statement will list all charges for new and renewed services since the previous statement. Any payments received since the previous statement are applied against outstanding previous balances, from oldest to newest.

We have recently revised our invoice format, based on customer feedback and human factors evaluations. A detailed review of the new invoice format will be available here shortly.
