pairColo allows you to house your own server(s) or gear in a secure facility and utilize a top-of-the-line network for your Web-based projects. Are there any restrictions to the content I can have on my server?
As long as you are following the policies in the pairColo Terms of Service page, you can host any content you wish on your own server(s) or gear. However, abusive practices, including sending junk e-mail, or any illegal activity, will result in immediate termination of your service.
Can I run any operating system or server platform?
Yes, you can run whatever operating system or server platform you wish as long as the hardware is UL (Underwriters Laboratories) Listed, safe, and the operating system is sufficiently configured for use in a network environment.
Can I purchase a server(s) from you?
You can contact one of our account advisors who can work with you to purchase the equipment that you need. To use pairColo services, you must provide your own equipment.
If you do not have your own equipment, and do not want to purchase your own, please take a look at our fully managed QuickServe Dedicated Server offering.
Yes, our facility is secure and monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Only authorized personnel are allowed into our building via key-card access, and all visitors, including pairColo customers, are escorted. We also utilize close-circuit cameras throughout our facility.
We also provide redundant climate control capabilities, an uninterruptible power system including standby Generators, and fire suppression systems.
When can I enter the pairColo co-location facility?
You can access our secure data center 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Do you provide remote hands services with pairColo?
Yes, we provide remote hands services for an hourly fee. Please contact our Sales Team for pricing and availability at sales@paircolo.com or call them 8 AM to 8 PM (ET), Monday through Friday:

If you won't be on site to set up your equipment, we offer a complementary half hour of remote hands services at no extra charge to help you get your equipment set up in our pairColo facility. This complementary half hour of remote hands is only good for the initial setting up of your equipment and cannot be used at a later time.

Technical Questions
If I send you my equipment, will you set it up for me?
Yes, we can. After you have signed up, and once you have made arrangements with the Sales Team, you can ship your pre-configured equipment to us.
If you won't be on site to set up your equipment, we offer a complementary half hour of remote hands services at no extra charge to help you get your equipment set up in our pairColo facility. This complementary half hour of remote hands is only good for the initial setting up of your equipment and cannot be used at a later time.

What is MBX.Net Internet access?
MBX.Net is our high-quality, well maintained blend of Verizon, Global Crossing, and Level(3) Internet service.
Can I purchase more bandwith from you?
Packages 1 and 2 include levels of capped bandwidth. Package 3 (the full rack option) requires that you choose a capped bandwidth tier. If you wish to choose a different bandwidth tier at anytime, please contact our friendly Sales Team for more information.
Can I obtain more IP addresses than my pairColo package includes?
If you require more IP addresses than the pairColo package you are considering includes, please contact our friendly Sales Team, and they'll work with you on your request.
Who do I contact if I have a technical question or need a server reboot?

Billing Questions
What are the Billing terms for pairColo?
pairColo services are available with a month to month contract or a 12 month contract. All fees are due in advance of receiving services. All services are billed monthly. We do not offer any pre-payment discounts or specials for pairColo. pair.com Web hosting discounts and specials do not apply to pairColo services.
