How do I become a reseller?
To become a Value-Added Reseller, all you need to do is sign up for hosting services with pair Networks. Once you have done that, or if you are already a pair Networks customer, you may begin signing up your resold customers as soon as you'd like. Make sure to specify in the signup that the billing be merged to your account.
How do I make money as a reseller?
The premise behind the pair Networks reseller programs is that we provide high quality hosting services at a reasonable price, and you provide your customers with services beyond that, such as site design, programming, consulting, and marketing. As a reseller, you can concentrate on serving your customers with your areas of specialty, and leave the hosting to us. The idea is not to sign up as many customers as possible and try to make money from the narrow discount margin that you receive as a reseller. The discount is meant as an incentive for you to merge multiple accounts onto one bill for ease of processing, and not as a sole means of making a profit.How much does it cost to become a reseller?
Nothing. There are no setup fees or minimum signup requirements to become a pair Networks Value-Added Reseller. You must, however, be a pair Networks customer before you can become a reseller.What discounts do I get as a reseller?
Discounts for Value-Added Resellers depend upon the number of individual accounts that are merged onto their monthly bill. Authorized and Premier resellers receive an automatic 10% discount (minimum).Which of pair Networks' many services may I resell?
Any service offered by pair Networks that can be sold as a stand-alone service (and not as part of an account of other service) can be resold. This includes all levels of hosting services, as well as Dedicated Server packages.None of the add-on services can be individually resold without a corresponding account.

How do I get listed in the Authorized Reseller Catalog?
To be listed in the Authorized Reseller Catalog, you need to be an Authorized Reseller. If you are already an Authorized Reseller, contact the AR department for more information.Does the 100-day money-back guarantee apply for resold accounts?
Yes, the 100-day money-back guarantee applies to all resold hosting services.Do Dedicated IP Domain Names and Parked Domain Names count towards discounts? Or, if I've resold five Dedicated IP Domain Names, does that make me eligible to become an Authorized Reseller?
Dedicated IP Domain Names and Parked Domain Names are considered account add-ons and are not counted towards the reseller discounts. Only individual accounts with seperate usernames, passwords, and home directories are counted towards a reseller's status and discounts. You must have sold five individual accounts in order to be considered for Authorized Reseller status.Can my clients share resources included with my account?
We do not permit the sharing of resources across accounts. If a client needs a certain level of service for their application, the reseller should choose the appropriate level of hosting service for that client.How many resellers are currently working with pair Networks?
