Account Control Center™ (ACC™) Tour
The Account Control Center provides an easy-to-use, secure Web-based interface where you can manage many of the different aspects of your Web hosting account. Follow the links below to view each section of the Account Control Center.
File Management
The File Management section of the Account Control Center lets you create directories, create symbolic links to directories, upload and download files, edit files, view file settings and details, and set file permissions.
E-mail Management
The E-Mail Management section allows you to add, delete, and administer mailboxes and e-mail recipes. E-mail recipes are e-mail rules that allow you to forward e-mail messages to other e-mail addresses, create autoresponders, discard e-mail messages, or filter your e-mail.
Domain Hosting Management
From the Domain Hosting Management section, you can register new domain names, add domain names to your account, and manage the domain names currently hosted on your account.
Database Management
The Database Management section of the Account Control Center gives you control over creating, managing, and deleting MySQL databases on your account. You can also manage your database content via the Web using the "Manage Using phpMyAdmin" feature in the ACC.
Add Services
The Add Services section allows you to easily add applications, software, and new services to your Web hosting account.
Customer Service & Support
The Customer Service & Support section gives you a wide range of customer support options to get your questions answered quickly. You can call our friendly support staff using the phone number provided 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our system also allows all of our customers to send questions via the ACC. These support requests can be tracked via the ACC as well. Links to our Knowledge Base support articles, our network and server status pages, and other support resources are also available in the Customer Service & Support section.
Account Administration
The Account Administration section offers a host of administration options such as managing your account contact information, upgrading or downgrading your Web hosting account level, restricting access to your Account Control Center account, and changing your Web hosting account password.
Referral Program
The Referral Program section of the Account Control Center allows you to sign up for our referral program, access banner and text ads to place on your Web site, and view your current referral program statistics.
Billing
The Billing section allows you to verify or update contact information, view or change payment methods, check your balance due, view your current and past invoices, and make a payment on your account.
Web Site Statistics
The Web Statistics section displays a snapshot of your Web hosting account's bandwidth and disk space usage as well as recent account activity. You can also activate Web site traffic analysis tools such as Webalizer and Analog via the ACC.
Advanced Features
The Advanced Features section offers tools and features for the advanced user such as System CGI scripts, additional FTP login management, cron job creation and management, and more.
