Full Time -- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - currently no openings

Essential Duties Include:

  • Answers telephone calls and assess urgency of call. Directs caller to appropriate person or voice mail
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, printing documents and general office work
  • Sorts, screens and distributes incoming mail. Processes outgoing mail following postal regulations
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations

Expected to handle the day to day operations for pairNIC, the domain name registration service of pair Networks, Inc.
