Administrative Assistant
Full Time -- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - currently no openings
Essential Duties Include:
- Answers telephone calls and assess urgency of call. Directs caller to appropriate person or voice mail
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, printing documents and general office work
- Sorts, screens and distributes incoming mail. Processes outgoing mail following postal regulations
- Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations
- Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports

registration service of pair Networks, Inc. The pairNIC CSST will deal with
customer support, billing, and fraud prevention, inquiries during
