Sales Assistant
Part-Time -- 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM - one opening

Essential Duties Include:

  • Handle lead generation, make cold calls, and perform sales research
  • Handle sales and customer service inquiries via e-mail, phone, and fax
  • Process account activations and mitigate fraudulent transactions
  • Pursue sales opportunities and channels
  • Track sales leads and work with Account Advisors to close leads
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or other high-level degree in a related discipline

Webmaster/Technical Writer/Communications Associate
Full-Time -- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - one opening

Under the direction of the Executive Vice President, the Webmaster/Technical Writer/Communications Associate is responsible for maintaining all corporate Web sites on a daily basis as well as coordinating projects relating to all corporate Web sites; developing and distributing internal and external corporate communications; coordinating employee development training and related projects; coordinating graphic design resources and design-related projects; plus, various business development tasks.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Responsible for maintaining all pair Networks' existing Web sites and creating all pair Networks future Web sites
  • Responsible for implementing SEO into Web sites, directory listings, and press releases
  • Coordinates graphic design resources and graphic design projects
  • Responsible for planning, creating, and delivering of internal and external corporate communications
  • Coordinates the planning, research, development, and distribution of marketing and sales tools such as newsletters, podcasts, and press releases
  • Creates advertising and marketing material copy for all pair Networks' services
  • Reviews, revises, and creates all internal and external technical documentation
  • Work with all departments to brainstorm, research, create, and present training materials and seminars
  • Assists in new service development, competitive analysis, focus group activities, project planning, and cost estimating
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and experience in a related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong technical skills, including an understanding of UNIX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
  • Familiarity with the Web hosting industry
  • Knowledge of general business concepts
